DevOps & Infrastructure

Deployments shouldn't be an event. We build CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure that make shipping software a routine, low-risk part of your team's week.

How we approach devops & infrastructure

Most reliability problems trace back to a deployment process that depends on one person remembering the right steps in the right order. We fix that by automating the boring, error-prone parts of shipping software — build, test, and deploy pipelines that run the same way every time, with no manual SSH-and-pray step in the middle.

Real-time and background infrastructure is where a lot of DevOps work actually shows up in the products we build — push notification delivery through Firebase Cloud Messaging, background sync for offline-first apps like Offline Survey System, and real-time status updates across the resident and field-staff portals in the Wasatch Waste Management System. Getting that infrastructure right is the difference between a notification arriving in seconds and a support ticket about a missed pickup.

We work across AWS, GCP, and Azure depending on what a client already has in place or what the workload actually needs — we don't push a single cloud provider by default, and for smaller products, a simpler managed platform like Vercel or Supabase's infrastructure is often the more honest recommendation than a full custom AWS setup that adds operational overhead without a corresponding benefit at that scale.

Monitoring is scoped to catch real problems before users report them — error rates, latency percentiles, and infrastructure health — rather than a wall of dashboards nobody looks at. Alerting is tuned deliberately so a 3am page means something actually broke, not that a metric crossed an arbitrary threshold.

Whether you need a one-time infrastructure overhaul or ongoing DevOps support, the goal is the same: your team should be able to deploy confidently without ArabNex being a permanent bottleneck in the process.

Our process

01

Infrastructure audit

We review the current deployment process and infrastructure to find what's manual, fragile, or undocumented.

02

Pipeline design

Automated build, test, and deploy stages, with rollback built in from the start rather than added after the first bad deploy.

03

Infrastructure as code

Environments defined in code so staging and production stay consistent and reproducible.

04

Monitoring setup

Alerting on the metrics that actually predict an incident, not noise that trains a team to ignore alerts.

05

Handoff & documentation

Runbooks and access handed to your team, not locked behind us as the only people who understand the system.
