1. Who we are

ArabNex ("ArabNex," "we," "us") is a software engineering and IT consulting company based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through arabnex.com, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us directly: when you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, subject, and message; when you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email address.
• Information collected automatically: we use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — this includes page views, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and referring pages. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To send newsletter updates to subscribers who opted in, and only to those subscribers.
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve the website.
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Where your information is stored

Contact form and newsletter submissions are stored in a Supabase-hosted database. Site analytics data is processed by Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics under their respective privacy policies. All connections to arabnex.com are encrypted over HTTPS.

5. Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser add-on.

6. Data retention

We retain contact form and newsletter submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain your subscription. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 8.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you're located (including under GDPR for EU/UK visitors), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe process included in every email.
